Cat Grass Timothy by Kurzeme Seeds is a simple and useful product for cat owners who want to grow fresh greenery indoors. Made from Timothy grass seeds (Phleum pratense L.), it is designed to provide cats with soft, tender grass they can nibble on safely at home.
One of the best things about this product is how easy it is to grow. The seeds can be sown all year round, and the grass usually begins to sprout within about a week. This makes it a convenient option for windowsills, kitchens, balconies, or small indoor plant corners.
The grass grows to a compact height of around 5 cm, so it does not take up much space and can also look decorative in a small pot. It is especially useful for indoor cats that enjoy chewing plants, because giving them their own grass may help protect houseplants from curious teeth.
The product is also suitable for small kittens, as the grass is described as soft and gentle. It can be used not only as pet greenery but also as part of simple seasonal or Easter decorations.
The main downside is that the packet is small at 5 g, so owners with several cats or cats that eat grass quickly may need more than one pack. Also, like all seeds, growth depends on watering, light, and room temperature.
Overall, Kurzeme Seeds Timothy Cat Grass is an affordable, natural, and easy-to-grow choice for cats. It is a nice little product for adding fresh greenery to the home while giving pets something safe and enjoyable to chew.
